Do not ever try to rent property from this lot

We recently made an appointment to see a property in Pretoria, as arranged we were at the agreed place and waiting, we called them and the lady said she can not help us as she is on her way to the Justin Bieber concert. We traveled far and at today's fuel prices it is just a waste, eventually her husband Bulla took us to see the plot. We said we are very interested and completed the forms. There were no feedback from their side, phones not answered, sms messages ignored, emails ignored. Last week i received an email to say our application was not successful. This morning I received 'Not Read' reports, showing everything i sent through, bank statements, proof of income and such was deleted without being read.
