Unprofessional and Rude Estate agents lose sale

After battling for two weeks for return calls/emails, We got hold of Bulla, we went to see a property and waited for of 30 mins with a toddler in a hot car. Once we said we were unhappy with service thus far Bulla was rude to us (the lady in the car did not even bother to greet or introduce herself) and had no interest in actually selling anything. Horrid service and hate to think anyone selling is with this company.
