Shocking Service!!! #Arrogance 1st Prize

So This morning i sent an email complaining that i received no Feedback and poor service delivery etc...

Read below...
"Thus far the Service or the lack there off from Landlords is putrid...

Daniel, we still waiting on your email/call that never happened... Attached is the last few emails and your last response and we heard nothing since!

Our first attempt with you I constantly emailed and called only to find out that the property we wanted wasn't avail to anymore.

My husband and I would like to view properties with 3 bedrooms in Stellendale...

So before we fill out any forms we want to have a look the properties as the last time we filled out forms it got us nowhere...

This is a very simple request if you unable to assist then point us in the direction of someone who can assist us.

We looking for a property for the 1st July 2013, I await your feedlback."

The Feedback we got back;
"As you consider our service as putrid, please contact another company to rent from.

I do not have any information or application from you which makes it very hard to process you.

I will not rent to you."
