CAN'T SUPPLY JUSTIN BIEBER TICKETS

Paid for 4 VIP/Hosp. Justin Bieber tickets in FULL in Dec '12. Jan '13 an email was recd from GSE that all is in order, tickets will be available few days b4 concert. On 10 May '13, after receiving an email saying tickets are ready for collection, drove to PTA to collect tickets, was told GSE is too busy with Bon Jovi concert & there was a mix up with tickets, etc, and tickets will be delivered. Waited the entire of the 11th, with over 30 calls to Craig (which he only answered about 4), saying he is checking on Gumtree and OLX for tickets, & if I would accept general admission tickets!! No joy on the 11th. Tried calling him on the 12th, no answer the first 5 times, finally his wife answered & we agreed they would do a FULL refund so I can make alternate arrangements. (ON THE DAY OF THE CONCERT). no refund & no call back. Called again around 13h00, Craig says "What is this I hear about a refund", I told him we cannot sit around the entire mothers day waiting and praying for him to get us tickets. My two kids are devastated & totally disappointed, as they knew from Dec already they will be going to the JB concert. And me on Mothers Day, NO JB tickets and 2 unhappy kids, R7000 late
