Unprofessional behavior and lack of respect

I have been dealing with Infinitum for the past 6 months and it has been nothing but horrible. The people that work for this company are unprofessional and treat paying clients with very little to no respect. They are unable to follow through on basic communication, even after constant reminders on my part with regards to responses. Due to their lack of professionalism I have suffered great personal and financial loss and they do not seem to be phased in any way. This company is very quick to demand various funds and payments, yet they are unable to follow through with basic actions, such as responding to emails. It has taken me two (2) weeks of phone calls and visits and I am still waiting for a simple yet important response to an email. They also seem to forget that their clients are paying customers for services that they provide and treat them as if they are of little to no importance, as I have been ignored and "shooed" away when trying to get simple tasks completed. This company seems to lack all forms of professionalism and respect and I cannot wait to end any and all business with them.
