You, The Body Corporate and your managing agent, Labuschaigne Management Services have yet again been informed of a complaint lodged against the residents and business operating at no.12 The Greens. How long must we as respectable residents still tolerate your lack of competence in administering adherence to your so-called patented structure of Conduct Rules? The complaint that I have lodged with you involves malicious damage to property! It involves rowdy behaviour, fighting, rude language and swearing in public! This the tenth complaint about recurring issues! This is preposterous! What are you doing about it?
