I recieved a call from Lusanda from Home Choice at 7pm on the 7th May 2013 wanting to know when will i pay my May installment which was overdue, when she came on the line she did not even greet, she just wanted to know when i am going to pay, i told her she was the 3rd or 4th black person calling that didnt know how to speak and was EXTREMELY rude, she then asked me am I a "" and then proceeded to practically shout at me, i was in utmost shock with the way she spoke to me as client, i deal with rude clients everday of my life and at my company we are taught first of all not to take it personal and i have to be polite and treat clients with respect even if they are in arrears, what type of company is this? i am totally disgusted and i will never ever buy anything from this company and will advise my family and colleagues i work with not to do so if this is how you treat customers. what she did was show her lack of professionalism, TCF and plain and simple humanity (Ubuntu).because of that one person you have lost a number of customers. The day i pay my last instalment will be a relief because i will never have to deal with such unmannered people ever again!!!
