Infinitum
My money disappeared in my accont

I have been paying my stand's rates through infinitum as per hour estate board. At some point I paid my levies four months in advance making my account to come to R4020 in advance. Earlier this year we changed companies and now pay our rates through a different company. When my account was handed over to a new company my balance was R0 which came as a shock as I knew I had and amount of R4020 with infinitum. When I tried to get hold of someone in the company I was referred from one department to the other, with Two people resigning in the process. When I called he estate I was told that I was not the only person who had such a problem with infinitum and that their lawyers are dealing with the problem. It had been 7 months already, haven't heard a word from the company even today
