Bad attitude and lack of administrative skills

My mum had been to see the doctor on 6 December 2012. I have been trying in vain since last year to obtain an account statement from the supplier. The lady at the St. Augustine's rooms told me that the accounts department is in Chatsworth and I should contact them. The lady at Chatsworth (Zeenath) says that the file is at St Augustine's and "IF & WHEN' they do collect it she will contact me (as they are VERY BUSY). She was rude, abusive and totally unprofessional. She told me that my R600 consult does not keep her employed and she will respond to me when she sees fit. Her attitude is not one of a person who should be employed in the Health care services, albeit in accounts. She has a general lack of respect and I don't have much respect for an accounts dept that 2 months later is still unable to provide a statement of account. Calls are never returned, promised emails are never sent and one gets the general idea that you are in the way of a very 'important and busy' person who has not time to deal with your queries.
