I write this with some reluctance as I really like the people involved. I recently sold my home through PG Properties and then rented another one through them. Total transaction values represent over R4m.
I found the people concerned generally efficient but the overriding philosophy appears to be to do the deal and the customer comes second.
Considering the amounts involved are massive I would like to see a more service orientated and open and sincere approach to customers. I would have liked to have seen more transparenvy and the "customer comes first" philosophy-this was just not the case in my view.-with them the deal comes first and the customer second.
