Massive Properties, Massive Rip off

Due to unforeseen circumstances I needed to rent a property for a year while my new home was getting ready, I rented a unit in Dalbini Drive through Massive properties in October last year, not the best but would do. On News Years eve my garage door broke (it leads onto the street) it took 14 days for a technician to be booked for the repair and then he didn't even arrive, in the end I has to get someone out to repair it at my own cost, in January I got broken into, there were no calls from Massive properties to check on the damages no follow up if everyone was ok and I had to repair all the poor quality doors and gates my self at my cost with good quality material to protect my family (single dad with two little kids), I had to also install and alarm at my own cost. From May to July between the 3 units in the complex there were 6 attempted break ins, the electric fencing was damaged and it took a week for it to be repaired. Once I left the unit I got accused of the rubbish bin 10 days after I handed the keys back. As per the lease agreement I was suppose to get my deposit back by the 14th Oct, it is now the 16th Oct and Melanie (rental manager) is ignoring me.
