Poor Service

Frustration & disappointment in purchase of a newly built home and very poor after service resulting in additional cost incurred. The quality of service from Pam Golding has been very unsatisfactory and we are appalled by the manner in which this hand over was done. The after results speak for itself resulting in breach of the OTP documentation.

Please be cautious in believing or trusting estate agent's as they are nice at first but when the deal is finalised and gone through the service is pathetic and has been very disappointing. Learning lesson check each item properly before buying newly built properties as it might look good on the outside but has defects on the inside.
Very shocking and going forward we will not chose to use your services or that of Pam Golding as our preferred agency to purchase future homes or sell properties we hold nor will any recommendation be made in the future.
