Excellent Service from Rentals

I have taken out a rental contract with Realty1 Moreleta Park in February 2013. From the start I was greeted with professional service, from Japie the agent, answering my frantic call enquiry after 9pm to the actual transaction and signing of contract.

As with most rental properties, in and out inspections are crucial. This was done very efficiently by Tessa and a list of things that had to be fixed was given to Tessa. In this regard she excelled by giving regular feedback, to the point that every single request was dealt with. This included the repainting of gates and carports, replacing of jacuzzi motor, cover and pump protection box, fixing of intercom, putting in extra plugs, fixing the aircon power supply, etc.

Her interaction between the owner and tenant proofed crucial to a win win situation for all. A pleasant surprise in today's world. Well done Realty1 Moreleta Park Pretoria!
