Deposit Refund Dispute

My name is: Khensani and I used to be a tenant at number 47 Sandalwood, Van der Bergh Street, Die Hoewes, Centurion, 0157 through Realnet. Before moving in, I was requested to pay in a deposit of R6800.00 as per norm, plus the rent of the same amount. I moved in on the 1st of April 2011. When I moved in, the agent asked me to get the keys from the previous tenant who was moving into number 30 in the same complex at that time. The townhouse was dirty to say the least, I had to clean it myself, I took pictures of the yard, the master bathroom sink which was burnt, I don't know by what means. No one was there when I moved in to do an inspection and make a list of the things that needed fixing and note the state of the place at the time I was moving in. I mean no one, not the agent or the owner.

Now we are sitting with a rental dispute between myself the agent and the owner. It has been a month and still counting. The attitude that I get from Callie is unpleasant and uncalled for accompanied by failure to give feedback with regards to the case and breaking promises that he has made with regards to supplying me with the e-mails.
