Shocking behaviour by realty1

Recently I bought a property through Realty1 . Willem Coetzee was the agent. I specifically stated in the offer to purchase that Blits Electric should issue the electric certificate. The certificate issued was NOT done by Blits. The conveying attorney, Johan Muller, works closely with Realty1. Received certificate long after registration. He was most unhelpful, despite the contract clearly stating Blits to be used.

Letsie Coetzee (also from Realty1) is the letting agent. She initially proposed a low rent and persistently pushed the boundaries, asking for newly painted colours to be changed, windows to be washed inside and out. Today I agreed to having the tenant move in FREE OF RENT on June 27 instead of July 1.We were in daily contact. This afternoon the tenant's belongings were without permission in the apartment! How could any agent allow occupation without informing or asking me? I found the whole experience with the Realty 1team and the attorney unpleasant and intimidating. The concerns of the buyer and owner are definitely of little importance. Rudeness towards my secretary was frequently reported.
