AGENT WITH BAD ATTITUDE

We went to go look at a property now in November, we have looked at a few and was then still looking at other properties which I told Yvonne of. We completed the documents as were approved. I asked Yvonne to do her magic as I really like the property, it was a bit far out but we would be fine. In the meantime another property that I looked at about a month ago came available this morning. The owner phoned me and asked if I still want the property? This property is in Moreleta Park and not in Faerie Glen and this property is the same size as the property in Faerie Glen, the property in Faerie Glen is going for R 9600-00 deposit R 1096 admin fee. I asked what the admin fee is for but still do not know, I get told it is for admin? the property is in Moreleta Park and the rent is R 6750.00 deposit and no admin fee? I would then rather rent with the owner and not with the agency. I sent Yvonne a message this morning after the owner contacted me and thanked her for her trouble and explained I am not taking the property anymore. Yvonne from Realty1 sent me a very nasty message. DO NOT DEAL WITH YVONNE FROM REALTY1 PTA EAST!!! SHE IS A BAD PERSONN
