Permanent Trust
Almost Roofless

I contacted Permanent Trust on 01/05/2013 for available flats. I was sent a list of a flat available close to work and affordable. As per the list, it stated that in order to qualify, you have to view the place first. I contacted them again on the 3rd of May and spoke to Moemina Dentry, whereby she took down my details to forward it to the agent to contact me for the viewing. On Monday 06/05/2013 i contacted her again to ask how long it would take and she informed me that she has forwarded my details to the agent and will get back to me. I did another follow up on the 8th, but with no success. On the 10th, i spoke to Moemina again whereby she assured me that she will follow up and even promised to contact me back the same day with feedback. Till today i have not recieved any responses from anyone, The concern also is, promises are made but not kept and no correspondence has been done. This is unacceptable as youre website states the following: "Our highly experienced team of property professionals has the knowledge, expertise and dedication to provide you with a high quality service" which reflects otherwise!
