I scheduled a viewing for 11 am on Tuesday the 15th January 2013 at 63 Hof St with representative Jodi Mitchell from Permanent Trust, only to be let down as Jodi had to rush off to another 'viewing'.The fact that they are not willing to wait 5 or 10min for a potential client is very unprofessional and inconsiderate, let alone double book appointments. The appointment was all agreed from 11am for the viewing of apartment. I arrived at 11.10am and there was 2gentleman standing outside, of which one had also just arrived also for the viewing. We had to request to step out of the office for a personal matter. In this regards we considered the proposed time and made necessary arrangements to be there on time. As have to leave the office from busy points of town we can't always be punctual to the second! I was very interested in the apartment, but due to the lack of respect from one of your staff, I was disappointed along with the other gentleman. I am wondering if the the other appointment was another viewing or perhaps a pedicure. This was absolutely unprofessional, poorly managed and if this is the customer service level of Permanent Trust now, what is it like doing official business?
