Illegal ITC listing

I rented a place with Smile Proerty group in 2012. My lease expired in October 2012 but the agent from Smile properties called to say it will only expire in November 2012. After deliberations they realised that my lease expired in October and I had put in notice. I was of the idea of extending the lease but realised that I will not afford to stay at the place as it was expensive. I then decided to move out and told them as such. When all this was happening the Manager called me and insulted me in November 2012 calling me STUPID, and me.

To my surprise I tried applying for a flat and found out that he listed me illegally saying I ABSCONDED. The only information I got from him was an sms saying I was listed which I took lightly.

The illegal listing caused me and my kids place to stay and also affects my credit records unfairly.
