NO WATER SUPPLY IN RESIDENTIAL AREA TASPET PARK x2

In March month we were without water for 3 days.
Then this month of April, for days there was only a bit of water coming out of the pipes to help the toilets.
Again we are now without water for the second day. Today is the 19th of April.
According to our Acts of the Country we are entitle to fresh water daily.

This do not happen.
The matter was reported to the areas Municipal Councillor who said he will look into the matter and give feedback.
I did phone and he send a sms back where upon he said that the matter will be solved the next day. Saturday, that is today.
BUT no water.
I send again a sms to tell him that there is still no water. Till now no feedback or response to tell what is happening.

I know he can not fix the water problem. BUT to find out what is wrong and tell the citizens what is happening will really help/
I wish the water wants to come on. It is difficult if you cannot shower or bath
