Without power for 5 days

On Sunday nite wen it was raining there was a power line explosion on the street
so we walk up Monday morning without power .we call city power and reported it
we been to they offices in Ellis park and in boy sens back and forth been told we need a new meter and went there and checked the meter and the meter is OK but we still in dark now they keep saying they will send someone 3 days ago we call manage in ellis park he is now say he is too expensive we cant afford him .cittin bribe maybe that s why we still in the dark till now
but why should i pay him to do his job??
we have a baby who is sick coz she uses nurbiliser to breath
