Closing before time 6.30pm

Bad service wont even begin to explain the treatment i got from Johannesburg Metro-Bus. Over the past 3 days i have been trying to purchase a bus tag from the Gandhi square kiosk. The Board Clearly indicates the operational times are 5.30am to 6.30pm. Yesterday i rushed 2 purchase a ticket & i got there at 6.23pm & the kiosk had already closed and there was a lady inside doing what i assume is a cash up. I pleaded with her to sell me a ticket as it was not yet 6.30 "the closing time, But she wouldn't't even look at me. The nearby security, came to investigate as i had become irate. He told me that the lady will never sell me the ticket as she closes anytime after 6.00pm. There was also a lady trying to purchase a ticket, she told me she got there at 6.15pm and the place had already close. Now why does the Metro-bus mislead us by saying they close at 6.30pm whereby it is clear they close as & when they feel like it and there is nobody that will do anything about it. The poor lady told me she came from Pretoria and its the earliest time she can arrive at joburg & that the lady at the kiosk closed while she saw she was running towards her in other to get there before t
