Refused to sell me a lotto ticket

Went into your Killarney store on Saturday at 5.30PM (Your store close at 6PM) to buy a lotto ticket, I am told the machine is closed, its 5.30PM for heavens sakes, you close at 6 and the machine has been finalised, What do you people think you are doing? What I did find interesting is you arnt closing for another half hour but they are already cashing up, Anyway I wont bother your staff again, Clearly you don't need my money. Good Bye and if your new store manager calls me I will put then phone down, Never had this lazy attitude when your previous manager was there (Very professional lady)
