Weeks back I went with my husband who is a Congolian to apply for a temporary resident, I was then told to to wait for further investigation, I have not heard from them for 3 weeks and then I phoned to find out what is the procedure I spoke to a Xhosa man who is disgustingly rude and who told me my husband must stay as a Congolian and has not business in coming to this country and it did not end there he continued with his insults, I am so hurt and angry I don't understand why people like him are employed really, the person who assisted me is in the Cape Town Home affairs on the 5th floo
