INCOMPETENCE AT HOME AFFAIRS

My husband permanent residency issue has been with Home affairs, we have been sent from pillar to post. i have written many emails to different people but in no vain, the likes of Mr Solly Phasha, at last I was told that the application had a problem was sent to the office of Petro Henning, from then every-time I am lucky to get hold of her. She passes the buck to other department that is not delivering the file to her. i am so exhausted I don't know what to do anymore. home affair officials, more especial that Pretoria office (w) 012 406 4531, are very incompetent, and lay-back, they only worry about getting their pay checks, no about the people that are employed for.
