BAD ATTITUDE, KNOW NOTHING ABT CUSTOMER SERVICE

I went to home affairs to collect my sons birth certificate and was refered to peter by another agent at home affairs, he refused to assist me and that i was waisting his time, i do not know what i want i come from another person he is notgoing to help, he took my documents back to the other agent when she asked where did he place them he answered he does not know where they are and do not care its non of his busness.i had to go back home without being assisted after siting there for about 3 hours waiting for him
