Ridiculous lack of service!!!

Firstly I have to wait to speak to a consultant for 20mins or longer each and every time I phone. Secondly, NONE of the consultants can give me an update on any of my queries (Change of Directors AND Name Change). They keep giving me different e-mail addresses where I have to send my requests to and no-one responds or get back to me regarding the requests. This has been going on since last year Oct 2013. It is ridiculous to say the least!!! Unfortunately I'm doing this on behalf of a client and they are getting edgy, they want their company up and running and I can't even tell them how long it's going to take because your turn around times are non-existent and not even applicable unless it's NEVER!! Your service is horrid. Such a shame we don't have any other choice than to use you. And to think we have to PAY for this terrible customer service... Appalling to say the least!!

At least your consultants are friendly and try to be helpful despite the system, it is obviously not their fault.
