I had an unpleasant situation dealing with the consultants on OMF. My request was to change my D/O date.
I have been given the run around, I have been told firstly, they can't change my D/O untill I am in the new employ- and I HAVE TO CALL THEM- When I started in the new company- I CALLED THEM-gave them the switchboard no for my company to confirm employment- guess what the consultant confirms employment with the receptionis- who obviously is not in HR- the receptionist didn't know me-obviously- The consultant did not even bother to communicate that with me- according to OMF I HAD TO CALL AGAIN AFTER 2 DAYS. WHERE IS THE SERVICE FROM THEIR SIDE- WHY SHOULD I AS THE CLIENT HAVE TO CHASE AFTER THEM- FIRSTLY CALLING THEM IS NOT A PLEASURE- BECAUSE THE CONSULTANTS HAVE AN ATTITUDE- CHANGING D/O HAS FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS- DO THEY EVEN CARE- AS LONG AS THE CLIENT DOESN'T CALL- ITS NOT THEIR PROBLEM!
