Poor service

I am at SARS Bellville for the last 3 hrs. from queuing outside and now inside. they work on a sticker system but I guess when yiu have general enquiries it takes forever to be assisted. every other queue is moving besides the general enquiry one and it's piling up. this is so unfair. feels as if we aren't treated equally. we all would like to get out of here. its nearly 3:00 and almost time for them to close. this system really!!!
