My friend I arrived at Thabong Clinic in Dunnottar for medical attention on Wedesday 18/12/13 and the reception staff opened the file for my friend at 12:40. We started queueing after 1 person who was not going to ROOM 6. After waiting for 20min a staff lady appeared and shouted "next" and thereafter dissapeared to one of the rooms before we can see which room she went into.

My friend I followed immediately and tried to locate her by knocking for about 10minutes in each and every room that is there in the clinic without any success. On our knocking we find other rude staff members shown it with facial expressions that they are annoyed to my amazement since I am also working for one of the unit of Ekurhuleni what I observed was NOT BATHO PELE PRINCIPLES OR ADHERENCE TO SERVICE STANDARDS OR CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT.

My friend I then went back to the waiting benches when two ladies came out of ROOM 6 told us that they are going on lunch. That was about 13:00pm, we then waited started to observe the facility was dirty as a medical facility as well as a hand written note stated "waiting period average 2hr with available resources" BUT it was only my friend???
