Shocking Service

A 2 hr wait to be attended to due to an allergic reaction in the emergency room at Olivedale clinic due to staff shortages is shocking to say the least. Then put into a side room with other patients voicing their frustration and anger with the curtain closed. No medical attention received and due to the nature of the allergic reaction phoned Wilgeheuwel emergency room to which they replied please come over immediately and we will attend to you stat.
