Poor hygiene and Nursing Management

Cleanliness of the rooms and Care of the patients unsatisfactory: When I complained about the linen having a blood stain on it (changed the same say and supposed to be clean), there was nobody there immediately to change it. The sanitary bin was still full yet myself and the roommates did not use it. The nursing staff were not very helpful in the ward when I did try to address concerns. The rules stipulate that we are not allowed in each other's rooms yet the nursing staff expected me to go to the neighbouring room to adjust the air-conditioning when I asked for assistance in this regard. Inspection of the rooms and peoples belongings should have been done before they entered the room. When nursing staff did come into the room they barged in without knocking and never respected my privacy. It is a violation of privacy especially when patients are changing in the morning to get ready for breakfast. A male staff member entered the room. I think the Nursing Manager should look into the culture of Akeso clinic and ensure that the staff are briefed about the way they treat patients. I did not see any of the nursing staff come to check if we were alright
