My fried OD in one of your room unhelpful staff

My friend Anwha Davids booked into your hotel 20130703.He OD in the room but then phoned reception to ph me on my cell they completely refused. He told them it's a matter of life and death then they only phoned the landline. I phoned back on your number 0219132000 and ask the reception to ph.the ambulance. They'd they did ph. Then my cousin phoned and also instructed them to ph the ambulance they then again said they did. When we came there your staff did not even have a master key to open the room all he said is Mr. Davids is ok. When I asked him about the ambulance he said he never phoned. How pathetic we had to guide Mr Davids out of the room and rushed him to N1 City hospital. I will never ever make use of your hotel and I would spread how incompetent and unhelpful your staff was. The Dr. Confirmed should we have brought Mr. Davids a bit later he would have been death, thanx to your staff!!! And oh your staff even confirmed Mr. Davids was lying in his own puke in his room but he did absolutely nothing to assist. Your Bad service and hotel stinks!!!
