Bad girl at Front desk

I wonder if Gautrain / Bombela takes its front desk people to customer service training. I had a good perfomance from the lady that was assisting at front desk for reloading. I was simply trying to load my Gold Card bcos it was not gonna let me out. So I simply asked lady to load me with 50 bucks but because she was nt interested in wat I was saying she loaded 60 leaving me R10 short of my other commitments then when I asked she told me she heard me saying 60 and there is nothing she can do whats done is done and fullstop and she ordered to move as she needs to serve other clients it is nt her problem whether I am short of 10 rands and oh by the she was not even sorry because she started tossing fingers and calling security for a common criminal like me. Shouting was in order as she now stopped her duties of loading cards to face me and act like she was auditioning for a role in an action movie. Oh the manager came and she also was not interested as she told me it is gonna cost me 32 rands to get my 10 bucks. No sense whatsoever in that she left me speechless and the bad girl continued perfoming gave me her alleged name as mentioned and said I am more than welcome to report.
