No power since Saturday 14th Decembe

This is the second time in two weeks that I am sitting without power. The first time was from about 15h30 on Thursday 28 Nov until 18h30 on Sunday 1 Dec. This time the power went out at about 19h00 on Saturday 14 Dec and as I write this mail I still don't have power. They will eventually come and reset the breakers but that will not resolve the problem. The lines themselves are exposed and sagging so everytime the wind blows they get tangled and boom there goes the power - how do you even explain that to someone when you can't get hold of anyone. The call centre isn't even useless I actually think it doesn't exist at all. You ask for someone to escalate to and suddenly they have no managers, no email addresses and no alternate numbers (except the one that NEVER gets answered). I logged my call at a actual municipal office today by physically going in there. NO-ONE cares. Can we not email the Presidents office or something. I'm at my wits end. P.S. Why am I not surprised that this is a company that does not respond - seems to be their modus operandi.
