Cleary dont know what they are doing

A lady eventually contacted me after just over two years, stating that they want to make an offer and according to them still walking with a busted up knee and back is just tissue damage,
so according to them my doctor doesn't know what he is talking about, I mean since the accident I am walking with constant knee and back pain

and after they sent me a letter requesting the accident report and me informing them that the police doesn't give it to the public as only a lawyer or legal institute can request the documentation, they still want me to get it after informing them that I don't have access to the documents
Having to go through all of this with bad and extremely slow service only being offered just over R700 I mean really that what my medication cost me, not even the GP visits and x rays that had to be done and not even the trouble you have to go through just to get it to them

Extremely disgusted with the service they are giving
