Road Accident Fund

I recently contacted the Road Accident Fund after speaking to different people regarding the possibility of lodging a claim with the fund. There never seem to have been clarify with regards to what the fund compensate, i been in contact with different people but all gave me wrong info. My wife died early 2012 in accident, we had 2 children and since we equally contributed to the day to day expenses of the household. I made several calls to the Road Accident Fund to find out about whether they can assist. recently i made a last attempt and spoke to a gentleman named Edwardo. thx to him i had a road accident fund crash course in less thn 10 minutes and at least i now know that i can claim directly. i work in the public sector and i am amazed with his patience and knowledge but mostly about how he changed my perception about the fund and processes. please if ever you read this, let him knw that i m grateful for the assistance. dr watson, you surely instill good customer values in ur staff or they encouraged by your management to deliver their best. i humbly appreciate the extra mile the agent walked with me. we need not some1 2 cry with us but some1 who understand. thank you RAF
