I bought a engine from SA Autoparts for my 2003 Hyundai 1600 from Mario.. After the engine was installed, we immediately noticed a rattling noise. MARIO @ SA Auto advised me that they could fit a new engine at a reduced rate and that if i dropped the car on Sunday it would be done by Tuesday for the latest. On Tuesday i came to collect the car only to be told once there that the car wasn't ready and was now at a mechanic in Cravenby. Not a single phone call to say there would be a delay or that my car was at some backyard mechanic. After trying numerous times for a week to get a hold of MARIO i was always given a story that he was on lunch (12-4) or he was busy with another customer and would call me back.(which he never did) SA Auto-parts never call me back once. I eventually found my car in a backyard in Matroosfontein being worked on by a guy who had no idea what he was doing. When he eventually finished, the cylinder plugs, wipers, wiper hose, speedometer cable and temp gauge wasn't working. SA Autoparts attitude remains "Oh well" whenever you call or try to speak to them.
This is the worst service i have ever come across and would advise everybody from doing business with them
