On the 23/03/2013 my vehicle was damaged by a municipality truck loaded with trees which fell of the truck and damaged my vehicle . the municipality refuses to pay for the damage caused to my vehicle . it took the council 6 months to tell me that they are not paying for the damages . in the mean time i have cost because i had to try and make my vehicle mobile again.
The registration number is NDM7287 And the vin Number is np6615299707. The Truck was loaded with branches which was not secured on the truck and the truck drive was speeding. The branches started falling out of the truck and falling on the Road. the under carriage of my vehicle was damaged as well as the boot of my car. my mags had to be replaced as i had to swerve of the road as more branches had been falling and the driver of the truck did not even slow down at all . the damages to by vehicle is to the value of R35000.00. we have completed all the document that was sent to us by the council and they even gave us a claim number 20134364. the day the incident happen i call the council and advise them of what has happen and they advised that me vehicle will be sorted out . i have provided all the documents th
