I have been given penalty twice on my bus pass, When I go the to complain I was given attitude by the members of the staff. I thought they came up with a good idea introducing the BRT but I think the research was not done properly. I will never get into BRT again I'm just waiting for my funds to get finished, I have been supporting BRT since it started but since they introduced the cards system the service. You go to load trips on the main campus in Soweto they have been offline for the past 3days, what kind of service is that??? I think I'm going back to the taxis, cause I'm actually saving R1, 50 when I use BRT but the penalty the I have been getting are more than I could bear anymore. For that R60 less in a month I would rather enjoy my day than get my day spoiled by their staff attitude & the cards system defaulting everytime. I'm sick & tired of my day being spoiled by BRT everyday, those days are over, watch the space, as soon as my money is finished, BYE-BYE BRT.The was an incident when I wanted to get off @ Maponya Mall going to the gym, I could not due to that the bus censor could get to bus stop, had to get off @ the next bus stop, what kind of service is that??? 4 YRS
