Brt Rea Vaya System
UNPLEASANT AND CONFUSED

I hate how this Reya Vaya works. When their tag out machine isn't work we (passangers) have to understand, however if your funds on the card are low its a problem (not that we dont have money to load).

I've never been so humiliated in my life, well as usual the warning sign of low funds on the card, but however when to try to load money, systems are offline. Try to explain that in the morning to the driver all you get its a big plate of t in your face.

What's with this stupid instruction given to the driver that if you dont have funds and they nor allowed to take you to the nearby station to reload (apparently they are private company not part of city park)

If your systems are not working you need to communicate among yourselves and stop making us passangers to suffer. Stop being selfish and ignorant and start working on all the complains we raising rather than keeping quite. You not dealing with animals here.
