Stinking Attitude

Reavaya is one of the most convenient public transport for people residing in Soweto. The ticket system worked very well and Reavaya was accessible to any member of the public.

Now they have introduced the smart card system witch has more delays.

Point 1 the loading fee is a lot and we were never informed about when applying for the cards.

point 2 the. Driver's never went through training on how the scanning machine works they fight with commuter's and end cost them money as the force people to tag in when the want to tag out first. Like the bus I took this morning to braamfontein C3 bus number 7032 it left chancellor's house station @ 7:45. The driver was rude and he keep on stopping the bus and harrasing commuter's if was really disturbing.
