Escalation not attended by her as a Manage

After dealing with a person at Billing section and I had an appeal after an administration fee of R891 was imposed on my account following a disconnection that I believe should not have happened. Given that the person I was dealing with at the billing section could not assist me fully when it came to this issue, I then requested the details of her manager for which she gave as Pamela Rakhudu 011 951 2532 email pamela.rakhudu@mogalecity.gov.za. On 16 September 2013, I sent a detailed email to her and requesting her to attend to my matter. To date I have not received any response and I tried on several occassions to call her landline * no pick ups*. I have sent a follow up email on 18 September and today 01 October 2013, still no acknowledgement or any form of a response.

I trust that Mogale city have supervisors and managers to attend to customers needs, not to be held behind the airconditioned offices and not even have an discency to attend to customers cry for help

Infact I would like to know as to who does she reports to so that I can escalate this matter further. We deserve better service especially from people that are put in the position like her.
