Een trying to get my house lights connect for the past 2 days nothing
has been done! not impressed with the service i got from mogale
city!! my lights were cut off from Tuesday not sure when but when i got
home it was off, the next day i paid my account which was R1437.37 i
paid R1500.i phoned to get my lights re connect they told me since i
paid by a post office the payment does not reflect immediately they
said i should email the person in charge of re connection so they
could re connect it i done that still nothing was done yesterday! i
phoned today they told today my payment still does not reflect and i
should email a different person that email address is
zama.sigabi@mogalecity.gov.za that email was sent at 10.08 am to her
but i did not get a respond so i phoned they transferred me to her
extension but no answer i was give the direct number 011 951 2081 and
011 951 2079 but there was no answer on both!!! now i must sit with no
lights for the 3rd night which is unacceptable when my account was
paid!! this is my account no 003000348009045 please could you help me
out
