Refuse to give me details to track my order online

Purchased a PC power supply on 12/08/2013. Deposited money via EFT. Received confirmation on 14/08/2013 that payment was receieved and that my package would be delivered "BY" 21/08/2013. Requested tracking details to track parcel online. Was told by Pamela Hashe that tracking details are not available for orders delivered by courier. I accepted this. Then today 16/08/2013 I read the FAQ on the [URL Removed] website which clearly states that tracking details are provided irrespective of which method you choose for delivery.

Sent Pamela Hashe an email for her to clarify this. If the wesbite is correct, then tracking details must be provided to me. If the website is incorrect, then it should be corrected. Her response was simply "Your parcel will be delivered to your door step". Nothing more. Do I need to spell out what is wrong with this whole situation including the response received from Pamela Hashe to a customers enquiry?
