On the 09 sep 2013 at 06h00 i was about to board onto a reavaya bus, where i then realised id forgotten the "Smart Card"at my residence, i immediately requested the manager "Zakhele Ndlovu" to intervene the situation as i had a presentation at 07h30 at my workplace, but was disappointed when told there was nothing that could be done even when providing my drivers license and the smart card pin code, and had to resort to taxi's, unsafe as they are... sadly so, the so called "smart card' had enough funds to last me till end of the month, and at that moment had no additional funds on me, this led to me arriving late and having a letter of warning to sign, i called the call centre and spoke to "Jeanine Probert" who also informed me that nothing could be done.
I'm highly disappointed in such a service as such a big corporate company failed to resolve such a minor issue..
Your response with a resolution would be highly appreciated, avoiding future disappointment to other commuters.
As for me, you guys have just lost another commuter..
