NO RESPONSE - REFUNDS OWED TO ME NOT RETURNED

I received 3 letters from JMPD that there was a technical software error identified with a camera at Republic Road cnr Waterfront Entrance for 3 of my fines that I had paid for that specific camera, and that I can claim refunds by filling in the attached forms. I completed the forms, with Proof of payments. I have faxed and e-mailed and called and get no response. My e-mails do not go through to Eric Ntutu at all and I get no response at all from Elizabeth Si although my e-mails show they have been delivered to her and read. In the meantime a Felicia Khumalo responded to my e-mails with another query I had and assisted with a form. I asked her about these same refunds which she passed on to Elizabeth to handle, but once again I got no response from Elizabeth and I have not seen any of the moneys returned to me in my bank accounts. This has been more than a year now, and the fines amount to about R900.00, I should be getting interest back on it by now!
