Granny of 70 years old had a major medical procedure done about a month ago! Now she has to Continuously re visit the branch for the 6th time due to system failure every time. Waiting for a reply from the branch when the system would be back online. Now the poor lady has no income for the last two month. Why Change the system when we cannot provide facilities to cope with the change over. Where do we go from here?
