I ordered and paid R12000 for a Panasonic Camera from Waytel Electronics in Port Elizabeth. I also paid R200 delivery fees, and they promised that the camera would be delivered within 48 hours.
The camera hasn't arrived, and I received an e-mail asking me to pay another R4550 for import taxes! They didn't even tell me the camera was being imported - they told me it was coming from a Warehouse in Port Elizabeth. Now they hang up when I phone, and they have told me that the refund will take at least 3 months!
I find their business unethical and unprofessional, and I am convinced they are running a.
