Over-billing and NO REFUNDS I am told

For 3 weeks I've written 3x e-mails enquiring what my balance is. NO response. I called 4x this afternoon, got through. Got told my account was closed on 21 July 2013. I said I made 2x payments since as I get NO statements and NO confirmation that account is closed. Last statement received upon request in June 2012. I asked Phumi about getting my surplus payments refunded, she laughs aloud and without saying good bye sudden puts some other man on the phone - name unknown. He says they "don't give refunds". I am very sorry. This is my umpteenth run in with this useless company. I want a DETAILED statement and a letter confirming that this account is closed. I had to report them here to get one last year, so here I go again. I also want my money back. Your custom care chap Angelo is never at his desk so I'm at a loss. You cannot possibly take people's money without notifying them of closure of account (notwithstanding their efforts to obtain this info) and then say you "we don't give refunds". I will take this matter much further if I do not get a DETAILED statement reflecting all payments, all interest attracted, a letter confirming closure of account as well as money back!!
